Her previous experience with business development and investments gives her the keen knowledge to approach retirement planning from a unique perspective. This has given her a valuable work ethic that focuses on Continued Education to use her resources and learn new and better ways to help her clients. She has earned the designation of Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant, ChFEBC.

She feels blessed to be able to help customize a tailor-made retirement plan that best fits the individual needs of her clients. During her spare time, Penny enjoys spending time with her family and grandsons. Together, they enjoy traveling, swimming, playing games, and going on new adventures. The family enjoys trying new activities and making memories.

Scott King has been working with federal employees since 2003 helping them with their retirement planning ,as well as having a better understanding of their complicated federal benefits. He has earned the designation of Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant, ChFEBC.
Scott provides benefits training, workshops, one on one consulting, as well as New Employment Orientation training on TSP and retirement.
Scott graduated from Samford University and is the proud Dad to his daughter Caroline. They live in Helena, AL.

It seems like just yesterday that I walked out of the USDA Service Center for the final time as a retiring employee after 32 years. I have to admit that I really miss my co-workers and our farmers. It’s been a few months now, and I am getting more and more acclimated to being my own boss.
As the manager in the offices I ran I was ultimately responsible for all of the programs we delivered and the Human Resource needs of my employees. Each year I would put together several packets of Open Season materials and then go over the new options, premiums, new plans, etc. for my employees and the other USDA employees in the Service Center.
Helping you is my number one goal, but I do not want to leave it at that – we also have to ensure we have your spouse and children’s financial wellbeing planned for. Only having one family member with a strong financial plan may not be enough to form the entire foundation for the family to thrive in future years.
